African American woman requesting very Full Buttocks "with a shelf": This 31 year old patient requested a "shelf" to make the upper half of her buttocks really prominent. Augmentation was performed by microfat grafting and complimented by liposculpting the abdomen, waist and low back. Notice that the added fullness appears to "lift" the lower buttocks, making her bottom look very youthful! |
