Caucasian patients generally want buttocks that are full but not extremely large. Any fullness of the lateral thigh is considered objectionable. As for lateral buttocks, Caucasians fall into two groups: some prefer a full rounded lateral buttocks, wile others prefer a flat or hollow lateral buttock, which gives a more "trim" or athletic look.
